Today we're trialling a sensory exam designed to simulate synesthesia for extra layers of tingles and relaxation. I tried a lot of new things in this one, so Iโd love to know what worked for you (and what didnโt), because I loved this concept and want to have another go at it in the future!
Triggers included are asking you questions, glove sounds, medical exams, flashlights, binaural beats, layered sounds, trippy visuals, follow my instructions, eye exam, brushing your face, touching your face, gentle tapping, and more โ all with soft spoken guidance throughout.
