I always feel so much better after hiking/ exploring. I highly encourage all of you to explore the forests and parks near you as often as you can.
The technology and social media filled world we live in today is a major cause of depression/anxiety and low self esteem. It is so important that we immerse ourselves in nature as much as possible to remember what is really important in life and get off our phones!
