Hey my Lovely peaches! Here is my review on my BEAUTIFUL TWIN @selenagomez documentary "My Mind & Me". There is so much we can learn from other's trials and tribulations.

No matter how different the lifestyles and circumstances may be I am sure there is at least one way we can relate to one another's testimonies. I applaud her for being so vulnerable and open, even if she is getting paid for this, IT IS NOT EASY TO SHARE *PERSONAL* information! Trust me it is liberating to share your story, it is actually very healing and can help others heal by not feeling so alone!

There is so much I didn't get to mention bc I ran out of time. I want to mention that I love how she is bringing mental health awareness and is striving to incorporate mental health education in school. It is so important to help our younger generation learn how to problem solve and understand what different emotions are and how to cope with them in a health manner! I also love @Rare Beauty their products and their message is just so unique and beautiful!
