Today I will be giving you a complete scalp check as you are complaining of an itchy and sore scalp. You previously applied some cream from the pharmacy and it seems that it has got worse but don't worry everything will be ok and I will treat it for you.

Firstly I check your scalp with my medical instruments and I immediately see that you have a lot of red sores on the back of your scalp as well as extreme dandruff and have developed scalp psoriasis but don't worry I will treat it for you.

I start to remove some of the excess dry skin and extreme dandruff with my medical instruments and lice comb and take some samples with my tweezers to be sent to the lab for testing for bacteria and infection.

I then apply some soothing scalp treatment on your red sores to help relieve the pain and discomfort and continue to remove the dry skin and excess dandruff from the back of your scalp. I then check the rest of your scalp to see if you have any more red sores or dandruff and psoriasis. Thankfully the rest of your scalp is healthy so I apply an oil based scalp treatment on the back of your scalp and give you a gently scalp massage to distribute it evenly. I finish by combing your hair so you look nice leaving the clinic.
