ASMR Falafel Sandwich (No Talking)

Falafel sandwich ingredients:

Turkish bread roll with nigella seeds. (Nigella seeds have an onion-y taste if you're wondering what he heck they are. I get these bread rolls from Coles.)

Falafels (from Aldi)

Lettuce

Tomato

Red onion

Roasted peppers/capsicum

Vegan cheese (Bio brand cheddar style from Coles or Woolworths. You can omit this if you want - the sandwich will be just as nice without it.)

Garlic herb sauce. This is a great hack that I picked up from a Minimalist Baker recipe (this one: https://minimalistbaker.com/mediterranean-baked-sweet-potatoes/ ) Basically, take any hummus (plain flavour) and blend it with extra garlic, extra lemon juice and dried dill for a more punchy and creamy-style dressing. I love this sauce so much!
