Tight chest? maybe pain between your shoulders? in that case you probably need a pec massage, now in this video I explain how I massage the chest and why I massage the chest. The techniques talked about in this video are to help release tight muscles and tight fascia that could be causing pain in the upper body. I explain what I would do to help ease it using a combination of massage, stretching and pressure point work. And even thou I'm mainly focusing on the chest to help release the pec major and minor i would in a session focus a lot on the neck, traps and arms...
