ASMR Follow My Instructions - Focus on Me (for sleep)

In tonight's video I need you to follow all of my instructions to tire your eyes out and become deeply relaxed! I've been having a hard time the past few days, so I was enjoying playing with some effects on this video. I wanted it to have a sort of "old VHS tape" kind of quality, like when you find an old tv special you had taped when you were young. I hope it lands for you, it was good for my soul to try something a little new.
