Other than that it's entirely hand movements, to relax & calm you - to impart some positive energy onto you and clear away some of that stress or anxiety you might be experiencing, hopefully helping you get a little sleepy or just in a relaxed comfy mood.

Tonight's video is very lofi as I didnt have access to my regular recording equipment, but I still wanted to make something for you guys - to keep in touch, to remind you that you aren't alone in the world.
