Coming Off Antidepressants 👉 Side Effects & Withdrawal | REAL STORY

I filmed today's video two weeks ago. As I'm posting it, I literally have one pill left and it feels scary af.
I've been trying to quit antidepressants for a few times now. Each time I got scared of a little thought or something and I went back. This time I'm experiencing real withdrawal symptoms and I really really don't like it.
So here is a raw video of me talking about all the side effects, withdrawal syndrom and difficulities of experiencing it at work place. Or just working as a mentally ill person, at all. I guess some of you know how hard it is.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions in the comments. I know I didn't explain everything too well, as I was losing my thoughts all the time.

If you are trying to come off your drugs, I'm with you. I support you & you're doing the best you can. The road is bumpy but hopefully worth it.
