hi sweetpeas!! happy saturday!! i hope you enjoyed this lil chaotic video♥🧸 i talked about attributing less to physical objects. i just wanted to reiterate and expand on this because clearly, my adhd was acting up in this video. valuing human relationships, connections, and memories over material possessions is so important. While objects can provide temporary pleasure and satisfaction, they often lose their value over time and can never fully replace the richness and depth of human experiences. i am so grateful to have fully considered this thought after my meditation and to have come to this realization. i hope sharing it with you can aid your self-growth and awareness:)) sleep well♡
