Now my client isn't alone at the minute in holding tension, especially in the upper back... With the world as it is. Its almost like everyone's bodies have gone into lockdown and instead of dealing with injuries I'm dealing with people whos muscles have just locked up and gone tight and need some TLC to help release these tight muscles creating balance again and easing there pain and discomfort.
