ASMR Whisper Ramble with Hair Play (5 Years!)

Five years of making videos! Holy crap!!

I started this channel because 1) I watched a lot of ASMR, like alotalot, 2) I was really unfulfilled at work, and 3) I saw the ways insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, disengagement, etc. affected people I cared about (and, speaking from my own experience, depression), and I thought I might be able to help. Plus my friends had always told me they liked the sound of my voice 😅😛

So five years ago today I uploaded my first video. WILD to think I haven't missed a week since! Even more wild, though, are the connections I've made and all the ways in which YOU have shown up with such kindness and thoughtfulness. I love you all, and I love doing this.
