Q:What the heck is ASMR???
A: Hi. Great question! ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it refers to a physical reaction often to described as "tingles" (most often occurring at the back of the head, the neck and down the spine) often in response to a variety of stimuli (some visual but mostly audible/binaural sounds).
