It was a corkscrew pasta, but also long thick with a hollow center so a cross between cavatelli and bucatini? I'm no expert I know I just loved it and it was labeled cavatelli. It held a cream tomato sauce with lots of cayenne shrimp and spinach very well and is perfect for a cold day like today. perfect hearty winter food.
