I am searching for a new normal although I'm not entirely sure if normal existed before. Maybe I'm destined to be perpetually weird and that's ok as it is much more exciting than being a boring old fart. Not sure what age is old or if, at 52.5, I fit into the age bracket where I need to be preparing to slow down or to look at SAGA holidays and elasticated trousers but I think I'll be ok for a while yet.
