I went to Lumie Nail Spa in Bangkok for a raw sensory pedicure and foot massage. The therapist started by filing and trimming my nails with precise, careful movements. Then came the foot and heel scraping. Hearing the rhythmic sound of the scraping tool clearing away dry skin was incredibly satisfying. My feet felt completely renewed right after. To finish, she wrapped my feet and calves in a heavy mask. The thick texture of the mask combined with her strong massage pressure was exactly what my tired legs needed. I was out in 7 minutes. 💆♂️💤
