Bed Time Yoga For Sleep ASMR

Hi! For this week's video, I wanted to share my nightly routine with you - after washing my face, brushing my teeth and getting a glass of water for the morning, I like to end my day with a bit of yoga - even if this is only for five, or ten minutes, it feels really good and does a lot of good to repair and restore your body at the end of a long day, plus these gentle moves are very relaxing and help to ease the mind out of the day's racing thoughts.

In 2011 I started listening to and making videos where I talk softly and gently in order to aid relaxation or sleep or reduce stress. This is something that's helped me for years and I want to continue helping others that may have busy lives, anxiety or sleep troubles, or just want access to a bit of 'me time'.
