In this video, one of my most transparent and uncomfortable I have ever filmed, I discuss with you my unmedicated, "natural" birth story and how it effected me. Giving birth to my daughter was the hardest, most painful, most traumatic thing I have ever done in my life. I'm so glad it's over!! NOTHING went according to plan. What was supposed to be a peaceful birth center birth ended up being a surprise hospital birth. I hope you enjoy my openness, as I share it only with the intention of letting you know that if you are a fellow mama that is also struggling with memories of their labor and delivery, you are not alone and you are NOT weak!!!
