Whatever Happened to Calm? 💛 Sunday Slowdown ✨ Soft Spoken ASMR
Come hang out with me for a cozy Sunday Slowdown. 💛
Today we’re coloring, listening to the rain, and talking about something that has been on my mind lately: whatever happened to calm?
I started thinking about the people and shows that used to make us feel grounded without us even realizing it. Delilah on the radio. Mr. Rogers. Bob Ross. Steve from Blue’s Clues. There was something slower and softer about the way so much of that content felt. 😌
Now everything moves so fast, and it made me wonder who fills that role today, especially for kids growing up with constant stimulation, quick cuts, and endless scrolling. We talk about what calming content used to look like, what it looks like now, and why making space for quiet still matters.
So grab a cozy hobby, settle in, and tell me in the comments:
Who made you feel calm growing up?
Was it a TV show, a radio host, a teacher, a family member, or someone completely different?
