Now this video was the first foot massage id done on video... and i was nervous! and the reason being my client who normally comes to me for shiatsu and soft tissue massage.
Now her dad was a well known reflexologist and known for his skills and his ability to heal people.
So began mixing my knowledge of massage with knowledge of pressure points on the feet... i began to really get into it and enjoy working the feet...
When i looked up at my client Helen she was lightly sleeping... which i took for a massive win.
