Follow my hands and listen to my whispers for deep relaxation, as today I'll be doing the most mesmerizing Hand Movements and treating you to lots of soothing Face Touching and Invisible Scratching, while Whispering up close into your ears.


Today's ASMR video is loaded with three main triggers. The first one being Hand Movements. I'll slowly move my hands and fingers, in hopes that following them around the screen will make you feel very sleepy. You'll notice I'm wearing long nails, which can make the hand movements even more satisfying to watch. My hands will go all over the screen and will get up close into the camera as well. I'll include some plucking, pinching and grabbing; and I'll work on your energy too, by plucking the bad energy and pushing good energy towards you.

I thought I would accompany these hand movements by another favorite trigger: Face Touching. Today I'll be giving you lots of Personal Attention, by getting my hands close to you for some gentle face touching and invisible scratching. I'll delicately touch every part of your face, I'll gently check your eyes up close, trace your face features, pinch and pluck too. All this soothing personal attention will help you relax and unwind while you follow my hand movements.

And while you enjoy these mesmerizing visual triggers, I'll whisper in your ears too. As I say on the video, today I'll take my time to whisper slowly and sporadically, in order to give you time to unwind, relax and sleep. The microphone is pretty close to me, which means we'll hear clicky and breathy whispering. This includes lots and lots of Mouth Sounds that will make you tingle. I'll be whispering about a little bit of everything, I'll be guiding you to sleep, and I'll be repeating Trigger Words too, such as relax, sleep, tingly, etc. Also included are some minutes of Inaudible Whispering.

The idea behind today's ASMR video is for the soothing hand movements, the gentle personal attention triggers and my clicky whispers to help you relax and sleep.
