You join me today With Client and old friend Pam, Now Pam had hurt her shoulder either at work or doing karate with symptoms very similar to whiplash. Now i believe at some point she had torn a muscle that has since healed but left her various muscles tight and as such were causing her pain... In particular Her upper trapezius, Levator scapulae, upper pecs and supraspinatus muscle were all tight and felt tight short. So the work done in this session was to try and ease these muscles to try get them to let go and relax. I achieved this by using a combination of relaxation techniques, soft tissue massage, pressure point work and some deep tissue work.
In this video you will see alot of shoulder work plus lots of close ups working on the neck.
