ASMR | Follow My Instructions & Tests For FAST SLEEP 💤 Tingly Task Triggers

this video features lots of different task triggers and tests. Follow my instructions and fall asleep! I start with “this or that” test where you choose a which trigger you like the best. Then I move on to a number of intuition tests to see if you can guess correctly (you can close your eyes for this part). Then are focus tests where you’ll be focusing on me and looking where I tell you to. Next is follow the light and follow my finger, don’t get distracted! Finally is guess the triggers, close your eyes, listen to the sounds and see if you can guess the trigger. This video was very fun to make and I tried my best to make it interesting and creative, let me know what you think ❤️
