I was not planning on uploading this video at all. I got 6ish minutes in and just stopped recording. I was feeling inspired to create a video but when I hit record I just felt yuck. It’s been a tough week and I’ve felt more anxious than usual. After the fact I decided I’d post it anyway to hopefully help someone to relax. Only seeing the highlight reel is no fun anyway. Enjoy!
