This guided sleep meditation has been produced to help you release fearful thoughts so you sleep. These are really difficult and scary times and during this meditation you will focus on the reality of "this" present moment. This gentle sleep meditation with female voice will guide you to send healing light to the body and mind through a relaxation visualization and body scan. We will give thought to some potential positive outcomes from the COVID-19 situation. We will try to change our way of thinking so that we are not solely focusing on how things may get worse.
