Hey everyone, today I tried a relaxing hot clay pot massage for insomnia! This is a unique massage but also a very traditional thai medicine massage that will help you fall asleep. The therapist started by steaming the clay pots containing thai herbs, then she placed them on my back, legs and belly. She started doing a oil massage on my arms while the pots were warming my body up and relaxing the muscles. Then she removed the pots and started to give me a relaxing back massage, leg massage and lastly a belly massage. This massage was very relaxing and you have to try it!
