ASMR Psychologist RP | Guided Relaxation/Grounding Exercise

Heeellloooo~ what's happening. I wanted to share a little something something that my therapist has been working on with me, and that I felt would be helpful for other people. I wasn't super sure that I would post this, because while I understand what I'm saying and can explain it in my head, it didn't quite come out like that while speaking haha. I figure regardless, if you're using this for relaxation, then it could help. I've used it quite a bit as of late, especially in stressful scenarios.

The grounding technique that I'll be discussing in the video was given to me to help with disassociation and anxiety, but I've found that it really helps my focus as well. It certainly could have other applications as well, especially for relaxing, but it also may not help. It's not a fix all, and not everybody will benefit. I'm not a real psychologist, just an actress on the Internet. The kudos here go to my therapist who shared this all with me.
