EAT GREEN IN BULK!!!

Red/ purple, orange, yellow, don't discriminate lol. Now this is not to say that you should omit other food groups, the point is to consume MORE fresh produce, and I hope this sends a reminder to do so. :)

**BTW, I do NOT blend 10 bananas in one sitting anymore. Caloric fruits need to be chewed for stable blood sugar.. and I eat 2 a day for potassium, which is a good amount for me.
