ASMR - Face massage to relieve pressure

Welcome back to Quake Clinic! Today, we will be working through a slow, soft spoken face and neck massage to help ease some fluid build-up and tension throughout your face. There will be lots of face touching, with some holding and counting (in English, French, & Spanish) on pressure points. I will also be doing a little bit of typing now and then, but mainly just working on healing and soothing you.
