Come relax with this ASMR Deep tissue leg massage. In this video You will see me working with local bodybuilder and fitness competitor Josh.
The is part 1 of a 2 part treatment we mixed up deep tissue massage and cupping in his treatment.. The second part released at a later date will involve cupping.
For this deep tissue massage we just focused on releasing any tightness within the muscles.
In this video you see me using a massage Wax as opposed to oil this allows me more deeper focused work.. the wax is my own blend.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
