ASMR Oiling My Scalp in Sections (w. a secret ingredient), LOTS OF SCRATCHING + Hair Combing!! 💆🏻

The weather is changing and getting colder and my scalp doesn't like it!! Nor does my body like all the sugar I've been consuming, sighhh. :( The only way to combat an itchy scalp is to oil it with coconut oil and a secret ingredient, OREGANO OIL!! Oregano oil is a great topical anti-fungal for those dealing with candida issues, and in my case, tends to be the cause of my itchy scalp. Oregano oil is very potent and it MUST be diluted with a carrier oil before use. This is what I do the night before I wash my hair to keep my scalp healthy, which in turn prevents hair fall out, prevents my scalp from flaking, as well as being overly greasy. Of course, KICKING THE SUGAR/ CARB HABIT IS ALSO A MUST!! Anyways, this is just what I do for my hair care routine especially for winter! What is your hair care routine or pre-shampoo routine?
