Got a pain behind your shoulder? This is the extended version of how i might treat this, You see the body is one big pulley system and if theres pain between the shoulders odds on thats not where the tight muscle is...
In fact quite often its the pecs, the chest, combined with rounded shoulders and neck sticking forward like a turtle. This then stretches the muscles in your back. Result = Pain behind the shoulder blade.
So first i work to relax the neck and lengthen the muscles of the neck and the pecs before i even begin with the back.
