Hello there!

For this video, I decided to go simple and create something that will help you relax and fall asleep as well as feel safe and 'cocooned'.

This video includes lots of personal attention triggers, such as face touching, face brushing, Face cupping etc and mic brushing to make it more tingly! I also added some soft mouth sounds (tk, sk, ...), and ear to ear whispers.

You can lean back and relax completely as I brush and whisper you to sleep.

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called ‘tingles’). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as ‘triggers’.
