米 bei = indicates anything American (kanji actually means "rice")
国務長官 kokumuchoukan = Secretary of State
が ga = subject marker
被爆地 hibakuchi = the place the bomb was dropped
を wo = indicates what the verb will act on
訪問 houmon = (noun) visit
「」 = "" (the brackets work like quotation marks)
謝罪はしない shazai shinai = will not apologize
