I create ASMR with the intention of helping people sleep,
relax and de-stress. However, I am in no way claiming that
ASMR is a suitable form of treatment. Although there have
been studies confirming the relaxing benefits of ASMR,
there is no evidence to suggest that it is a viable treatment
for mental health issues.
