Energy Healing the Unconscious❣️(from shadow to higher self)

Thank you for joining me in this energy healing session today. In understanding our past and integrating our future self, we are actually healing in the present moment through bridging these two parts of ourselves together. Today I will guide you through a visualisation meditation in order to get in touch with your unconscious mind.

*Disclaimer* After filming this video, I had a profound experience myself. I actually felt very low and sad all of a sudden, and my partner mentioned that he could see a thick cloud of fog around my being. As soon as he mentioned this, I realised it was my own unconscious fears coming to the surface, and I did a full blown energy healing session on myself and spoke in natures language to my being and to the forest. It was a mystical experience that I feel was facilitated by my future self. If you feel any difficult emotions during or after this session, know that this is also part of the process and it is up to you to use the tools that I have given you in order to clear the remaining blockages out. I would encourage you to use your imagination as much as possible during this session as it will help you to bring about the Theta state, which enables the healing to occur on deeper levels.

Beta= the densest level of perception that we perceive physical reality from.

Alpha= the state you fall into when you are day-dreaming, fantasising, watching TV.

Delta= sleep state

Theta= the doorway or the bridge between alpha and delta. When the brain waves shift the brain literally begins emitting a whole new frequency. Theta is what many people have called the hypnogogic state, the state between sleeping and waking, the state that for most people cannot be controlled.
