Hello and welcome to my channel. This is a space where we explore and bring in consciousness, awareness, heal trauma and step into our empowerment ✨. I normally work with Reiki and the tools of Access Bars/Access Consciousness in my videos, but also move beyond any methods or tools and am out of definition and at all times follow my awareness, my knowing, in each moment.

This video is a bubbly conversation on energies and how I'm navigating my energetic awareness these days ✨ In the end I give a 15 minute energy work and contributions to whoever is willing to receive.
