Hi and welcome to another whispered facts video!

In this video I whisper 30 random facts about sleep! I also provide my own commentary about the facts as well. I chose these facts as they were the most fascinating sleep facts I could find. They vary from talking about general sleep trivia to facts about dreams, and even health and well being. I absolutely love random facts, and sleep facts are even more interesting because there is still so much to learn about sleeping and dreaming, yet we spend so much of our time asleep. I believe sleep and ASMR go hand in hand as well, as I personally use ASMR to sleep and relax. I hope this video could relax you, teach you something new, and maybe even put you to sleep!
