Hello everyone and thank you for tuning in to this healing video tonight. The focus and the intention for this session is to relieve any feelings of anxiety or stress. Not only with Reiki, sounds & soothing visuals but also with words coming from my experience with working with and experiencing anxiety, coming from a place of compassion as this is deeply close to my heart. I appreciate each and everyone of you who stops by and hope that it does help you in one way or the other. Know that there is no right way to receive reiki, you just have to be willing to receive it. You are all worthy of the best and to live without anxiety and worries, and I hope that this video can contribute to the chain of tools in your journey.
