In this StressRelief Session ASMR reiki treatment I gently guide your body through a simple way to relax and release anything you are holding on to that is not serving your highest good. This StressRelief Session ASMR I use a soft brushing sounds with the selenite crystal, flowing hand movements, and talk you through it with a lightly, guided words and tones. My intention is for you to you rest, relax, and rejuvenate so you feel more clarity and lightness in your body as you awake.
