Tonight we will be relaxing & hanging out while drawing some Pokemon together on my iPad! We will be sketching a Psyduck & a Totodile using the app called Adobe Fresco which is a really fun digital drawing program! (✿◠ᴗ◠)

I am using the 2020 iPad Pro with the Gen 2 Apple Pencil! I am also using a Paper-like screen protector & special nib so the screen sounds like drawing on paper in a sketchbook! In case you are curious!!~ ヾ(๑❛ ▿ ◠๑ )

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing, or typing. It is best known for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.

Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and soothe their mind and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, and sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self-care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.
