Tonight’s video is something new I’d like to try.. something I’d like to call “Sleep Therapy”. No, this isn’t actual advice, or something with instructions. It’s simply me using different triggers in certain tones to help you relax, sleep, and or tingle. Hence calling this the mild version - I’ll be making the sounds with these triggers in a very steady tone. So if this video gets alright feedback, I will do the low version and high version.
