For the bread :
250ml water
45gr butter
530gr all-purpose flour
50gr sugar
11gr salt
18gr fresh yeast

Bake at 185 degrees for 12-13 minutes

For the beef :
1 kilo mince
60ml olive oil
70gr crumb
2 eggs
2 onions
1tbsp mustard
Chopped parsley
Salt and oregano

For the Honey Mustard :
100gr mustard
80gr honey
100gr mayonnaise
1tbsp vinegar

For the Cheddar Sauce :
50gr butter
50gr flour
500ml milk
2 tbsp mustard
220gr cheddar
