In this video, I take you on a guided visualization exercise to help you focus your energy and intention on repairing your DNA. Like the CRISPR Cas9 gene therapy, Reiki can get deep into your genetic code, cut out a broken sequence, and insert a newer, stronger, more well-rested sequence, and restore balance and energy to your body. I bring in sound vibration healing therapy of Karuna Reiki as well as soft spoken whispering, some inaudible whispering, and breathing exercises.
