ASMR at HOME booty workout, grow your glutes

Working out the Glute's today! Disclaimer, I am not an expert or personal trainer, I just enjoy working out. Please be safe when performing any exercise routine.

Here is the workout breakdown:

Squats with 40 lbs resistance band (10 reps)
Pulse Squats with 40 lbs resistance band (10 reps)
Static Lunges both sides (10 reps)
Lunge with high kick both sides (10 reps)
Side lunge with slider both sides (10 reps)
Side kicks both sides (10 reps)
Backwards boat pose lift (10 reps) I literally could not figure out what this is officially called (see i'm not an expert).
Donkey kicks with 30lbs resistance band each side (10 reps)
Hip Thrusts with 40lbs resistance bands (20 reps)
One legged hip thrusts each side (10 reps)
