SUPER RELAXING REIKI FOR SLEEP ASMR

In this video I use relaxing techniques, sounds, as well as distance Reiki to help you fall asleep, relax, reduce stress, and have pleasant and productive dreams.

I start out speaking softly then move to whisper with less "noisy" sounds as the video progresses. I.e. tapping sounds in early video with soft sounds at end.

My intention for this video is to relax you, to be used as a meditation tool, or the "pre" to spiritual work, etc.

The energy work and Reiki session is meant to removed negativity, anxiety, depression, etc. and energize and balance with focus on the root, solar plexus and crown chakras.
