((ASMR)) corresponde a siglas de Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (respuesta sensorial meridiana autónoma en español), esta consiste en una sensación placentera o cosquilleo que generalmente comienza en la cabeza y cuero cabelludo, aunque puede expandirse a otras partes del cuerpo. Puede producir relajo, sueño, y otras sensaciones placenteras. Sólo algunas personas lo experimentan, y generalmente no hablan del tema ya que es muy difícil de describir. Lo más curioso son los estímulos que lo provocan; El ASMR puede ser gatillado porque te estén cortando el pelo, escuchar personas susurrando, alguien explicándote algo pacientemente, ect.

((ASMR)) corresponds to initials for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, this is a pleasant sensation or tickling which usually starts in the head and scalp, but it can expand to other parts of the body. Asmr can produce relax, sleep, well-being and other good sensations. Not everybody can experiment it and who do generally don’t talk about that because it is really difficult to explain. Asmr can be triggered by someone cutting your hair, listening whispers or somebody explaining you something very patiently
