Hello there, welcome to your eye exam! During this exam I will be using a Snellen eye chart and checking your eyes for proper dilation, peripheral vision, and sensitivity to light. Please sit back and relax!

Triggers include: visual cues, hand sounds, whispering, light triggers, and my crinkly coat.

It sounds much better with headphones!

My Upload Schedule: Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

What is ASMR?
The term Autonomous sensory meridian response or ASMR, was created to describe the relaxing or “tingling” sensation that many feel when listening to soft sounds, whispering, watching someone draw or observing any number of other sensory triggers. This static-like tingling sensation on the skin typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.
