Lower Body HIIT Workout | Strong & Toned Legs

Here is an awesome lower body workout that targets your Glutes, Hammies & Quads. I love doing HIIT style workouts when I don't have a lot of time or when I'm just not in the mood to be in the gym for an hour or more. . You will still be burning calories hours after this workout. The full workout is posted below.

1. Side steps (Beginner/Advanced) 45 secs on 10 secs off
2. Air Squats/Pop Squats 45 secs on 10 secs off
3. Glute Bridges 45 secs on 10 secs off
4. Donkey Kicks 45 secs on 10 secs off
5. Half Burpees/Burpees 45 secs on 10 secs off
6. Sway Squats 45 secs on 10 secs off
7. Fire Hydrants 45 secs on 10 secs off
8. Alternating Lunges into Squat/ Jumping Lunges into Squat 45 secs on 10 secs off

90 seconds rest after you finish all 8 movements. 3 rounds 💪🏼
