So this video was suppose to be out on Tuesday, however I have had the worst technical issues known to man! I've tried uploading this video 3 different times. I finally just ended up redoing the video on another device (my Husbands) and was finally able to get this uploaded. God knows all things and I am definitely praying that this video makes an impact with every viewer and listener.

The topic of Depression hit my spirit since last week, I believe that Depression is not only a mental health issue but also a Spiritual Issue! As we all know a lot of people are struggling with Depression, I also know that many Christians battle with this silently as well. However just because we struggle with it, it does not mean that we should struggle alone or even be embarrassed! I want to remind everyone that God is not embarrassed by our current situation. If anything he understands exactly what we are going through. God has given us tools in his word to help us fight! His word is sharper than any 2 edge sword. So tonight allow me to whisper to your Spirit biblical affirmations that I believe can not only soothe your spirit but help you fight in the spirit as well!
